We have set up a special process to ensure you are the only person who can access your account -- only you know your passcode associated with your email. When you contact our office it will take about 48 hours to reactivate your account and you will be asked to set up a new passcode or you will be required to enter a new license code to access your financial information in the future. YOUR WHEN-Score information is always CONFIDENTIAL. Also, you will NEVER be asked to enter a social security number or any account numbers when using WHEN-Score. For that reason, you can have confidence that by using WHEN-Score software your identifying data will never be exposed.
