The person who uses your code is given the following information:  The code you received is given as a gift by the person who provided it to you. They are either the professional who is providing you the code or they are referring the professional who provided them the code.  Professionals give out a limited number of free codes and are pleased to help those who use the code to become clear in how to use the WHEN-Score.  Once you sign up to receive your complimentary WHEN-Score, you may be contacted by the professional through email or by phone as a service to see if you have any questions.  As part of our agreement with this professional if they make a follow up call, they have agreed to help you with your questions.  Of course, you may also contact the professional directly with any questions.  If you wish to have this professional’s contact information, you can check a box to receive it by email when using the WHEN-Score software.

Please know, once you connect to your WHEN-Score, any information you enter is confidential and will not be shared with anyone (see information below*).   

*The confidentiality of your information is extremely important to us. We have set up a special process to ensure you are the only person who can access your account.  If you lose your password, you will be sent this information by entering your email information and your password will be sent directly to you.  If you ever contact our office to ask for information about your account, you will be guided on how to find your password or asked to use a new email address and sign up for another account.  Your financial information can only be accessed by you through the email address you have provided when you signed up to receive your WHEN-Score.   If you are worried someone has access to your email account call our office and we will deactivate your account.  YOUR WHEN-Score information is always CONFIDENTIAL. Also, you will NEVER be asked for or asked to enter a social security number or any account numbers when using My WHEN-Score. For that reason, you can have confidence that by using My WHEN-Score software your identifying data will never be exposed..
